We use Standard Shipping for most orders.
If you would like faster delivery or wish to upgrade to Express Shipping, please contact us before placing your order at support@supler.store.
Our support team will check available express options and provide a quote or custom assistance before your order is processed.
Please note that certain remote areas or regions with shipping restrictions may experience longer delivery times or limited service availability.
2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take an additional 1–3 business days.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details.

4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and total order value.
From time to time, Supler Store may offer free or discounted shipping promotions — these will be clearly announced on our website or official social media channels.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can track your parcel directly through the carrier’s website or via our Order Tracking page.
Please allow 2–5 business days after dispatch for tracking information to update.
6. Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information during checkout.
If any details are incorrect or missing, we may need to contact you to update your delivery information, which could cause delays in processing and shipping.
Additional delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance or carrier processing.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order to request a correction.
Once the package has been shipped, we are unable to make any address changes.
If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it once additional postage fees are paid.
Supler Store is not responsible for lost, delayed, or undeliverable shipments resulting from incorrect addresses, unclaimed packages, or issues beyond our control (such as customs delays, natural disasters, or carrier disruptions).
7. Order Modification & Cancellation Policy
At Supler Store, we start processing orders shortly after they are placed to ensure fast production and delivery.
Because of this, we have limited time windows for order updates or cancellations.

Order Modification:
You may request to update shipping information (such as name, address, or contact details) within 12 hours of placing your order.
After this period, your order will be forwarded for fulfillment, and we can no longer modify shipping details. -
Order Cancellation:
You may request to cancel your order within 2 hours of purchase.
After this period, your order may already have entered production or packaging, and cancellation is no longer guaranteed.
All modification or cancellation requests must be submitted via email at support@supler.store — please include your Order Number and details of your request.
Once your order has entered production or has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled or changed.
In such cases, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for assistance after delivery.
8. Delivery Confirmation (Lost or Missing Packages)
If the tracking system shows your order as “Delivered” but you have not received it:

Please first check with family members, neighbors, or building staff, as the package may have been received on your behalf.

You can also contact your local post office or delivery carrier to verify the exact delivery location.
If the package remains missing, please contact us within 7 days of the reported delivery date, and our team will assist you in resolving the issue or filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
Delivery Delays
Most packages (approximately 97%) arrive on time or earlier than expected.
However, orders may occasionally be delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeframe due to factors beyond our control, including:
