Return & Refund Policy

At Supler Store, we aim to deliver high-quality products and ensure every customer enjoys a smooth and worry-free shopping experience.
Because our products are made to order, all refunds and replacements are handled carefully to ensure fairness and transparency.


1. Responsibility for Order Details (Size, Design & Customization)

All products are printed and produced according to the information provided during checkout (size, color, quantity, address, etc.).
Please ensure all details are accurate before placing your order.

A detailed Size Guide is included on every product page — please review it carefully before purchasing.
If you are unsure about sizing or fit, contact us at support@supler.store before placing your order for assistance.

⚠️ Supler Store is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect size selection or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If your order is shipped correctly as placed, but you wish to change the size, color, or design afterward, your request will be handled under our Customer-Requested Replacement Policy below.


2. Customer-Requested Replacement

If you wish to replace a correctly fulfilled item for a different size or variation:

  • You will cover the new shipping cost and a small portion of the production cost.

  • Supler Store will support part of the replacement cost to help you.

  • Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order via support@supler.store

To help save time and unnecessary expenses, we do not require customers to return the original item.
You can keep it, gift it, or donate it — and we will arrange your replacement order as follows:

Replacement Process:

  1. Contact us by email with your order number and replacement request.

  2. Our team will confirm details and send you the replacement cost & shipping quote.

  3. Once confirmed, we’ll produce and ship your replacement promptly.


3. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, or your order arrives incomplete:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@supler.store

  2. Include clear photos and a brief description of the issue.

  3. After verification, we will send a brand-new replacement free of charge.

✅ To save time and costs, we do not require the return of defective or incorrect products.
You can keep or donate the item — our goal is to resolve the issue quickly and fairly.


4. Refunds (Within 15 Days)

Refunds are available in the following cases:

  • The product is out of stock before shipping.

  • You received the wrong item and do not wish to receive a replacement.

  • The shipment is confirmed lost in transit after carrier investigation.

You may request a refund within 15 days from the date of delivery (in special cases, we may extend this period up to 30 days)
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (PayPal) within 3-5 business days after approval, Credit card up to 10 business days.

⚠️ Requests made after 15 days from delivery may not be eligible for refund or replacement.


5. Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be refunded or replaced, except in cases of defect or incorrect shipment:

  • Items purchased during sale, clearance, or promotional discounts.

  • Gift cards, vouchers, or store credits.

  • Customized or personalized items.

  • Items that have been used, washed, or not in their original condition/packaging.

⚠️ All discounted and gift card purchases are considered final sale.
